SRP-REMMI

The Skills Redevelopment Programme (SRP) is an initiative by NTUC with the objective of enhancing the employability of workers by encouraging employers to send workers for training that leads to certification.

The Skills Redevelopment Programme-Real Estate Management & Maintenance Industry (SRP-REMMI) has its roots in the Building Construction & Timber Industries Employees’ Union seeking skills upgrading of its members employed in the industry. The initiative received the support of several lead players in their consent to serve in the Industry Lead Body and the launch of SRP-REMMI.

Presentation of Memorandum of Understanding for SRP-REMMI by Dr John Chen, then-Minister of State for Ministry of National Development to representatives from Ministry of Manpower, NTUC, Singapore Productivity Standards Board, SRP-REMMI Industry Lead Body and RECC.
