ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN
REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE
1. Course Objectives
The Advanced Certificate in Real Estate Management and Maintenance provides higher-level Business-Technical skills training and has been designed to meet the following objectives:
- Serve as a progression course for holders of the SRP-REMMI Certificate in Real Estate Management and Maintenance or equivalent
- Provide formalised certifiable training to upskill and enhance employability of the REMM workforce
- Facilitate extension of technical/non-technical skills to multi-task in the REMM industry
- Serve as a bridging course for those seeking to cross over to the industry

3. Course Accreditation
Several
UK and Australian Universities have validated the course for
exemptions and articulation into their built environment degree
programmes.
4. Entry Requirements
4.1 Applicants are expected to have 'O'/'N' Levels (Credits in English
and Mathematics) or WDA ESS WPLN Level 5/6 and at least one of the
following qualifications:
- SRP-REMMI Certificate in Real Estate Management and Maintenance
or CITI/PSB or other approved equivalent in a related field
- CITI/PSB/SIM Diploma or other approved equivalent in a related
field
4.2 Applicants not meeting the above qualifications may be required to take bridging courses
4.3 Applicants with approved higher-level qualifications working in the industry or associated industries may be exempted in the relevant modules

Course duration and fees will be determined by the extent of exemptions
